Parents and Friends at the Wolcott Benefit.

Annual Spring Benefit

Wolcott’s Annual Benefit is more than just a night of celebration—it’s one of the most impactful events of the year. Parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends come together for an evening of joy and philanthropy, with one shared purpose: to support scholarships for Wolcott students.

Dear Wolcott Community,

This year’s Spring Benefit, Builders of Success, brought more than 500 guests together in support of Wolcott. Together, we raised more than $1.4 million, surpassing our hopes for the evening and reflecting the incredible generosity of our community.

To everyone who planned, sponsored, volunteered, donated, attended, bid, and celebrated with us, thank you. The evening felt the way it did because of you.

A special thank you to our Benefit Committee, Silent Auction Committee, and Parent Association, whose work shaped so much of the evening, from securing auction items to the many details that made the night feel distinctly Wolcott. We are especially grateful to Michele Amatangelo P’28, Eileen DeSalvo P’27, Bevin Deyo P’28, Nancy Eiseman P’27, Megan Farley P’27, Jackie Fields P’27, Beth Inbinder P’25, John Jennings P’27, Julie Katz P’27, LaTrelle Kerney P’28, Kathleen Luttschyn P’28, Allison Meyer P’27, Tamar Mizrahi P’28, Patty Peña P’26, Sarah Rassey P’27, and Laura Walder P’24 for their dedication and support. Our thanks also to the Board of Trustees for their leadership and steadfast stewardship of Wolcott.

The success of the evening also reflects the deep regard so many hold for this year’s Benefactor Award recipient, Jim Letchinger. Jim has been part of Wolcott’s story since the beginning, and his belief in our mission has helped shape the school we are today. His continued commitment to our students means a great deal to our community.

Thank you to Gabe P. ’26 and Tessa Martin ’16 for sharing their Wolcott experiences with such honesty and authenticity. Their remarks were a reminder of why Wolcott matters. Thank you also to Shay C. ’26, Isaac D. ’26, Will D. ’28, Margot K. ’26, Zach M. ’26, and Keelan S. ’27 for their rendition of Lean on Me, and to Tim K. ’28 for his exceptional violin performance.

We also want to recognize the alumni, faculty, and staff members who contributed their time and talent to the evening, including Philip Alvy, Ryan Bowns-Kamphuis, Kindle Miles, Pam Rule, Nancy Seiler, Kelly Sena, Kyle Verb ’19, and Caleb Willitz. A special thank you to our musical guests, Space Gators; our auctioneer, David Goodman P’20; our caterer, Jewell Events Catering; and Tom Kehoe and Kehoe Designs, who generously donated the floral arrangements and centerpieces.

Photos and videos will follow in the coming days. Evenings like this one remind us what is possible when a community comes together on behalf of its students. Thank you for standing with Wolcott, and for believing in the students we are privileged to serve. I’m proud to stand alongside you.

With gratitude,

Marisa German
