Application Fee
Required- The application fee must be received before the application is reviewed.
- In cases of extenuating financial circumstances, an adjusted fee may be available on request. Contact the Admissions Office.
Psycho-Educational Evaluation
RequiredAdministered within the last 3 years
- A copy of the most recent psycho-educational assessment. It must include:
- Cognitive assessment: WISC-IV or V, or WAIS-IV or V, with all subtest scores
- Measures of achievement: WJ IV, KTEA-3, or WIAT-III
- Relevant tests of processing skills, when applicable
From Your Student's School
Required- Recommendation forms from the English teacher, math teacher, advisor or counselor, and learning specialist
- Transcripts or report cards from the past 2 years
- Testing completed by the previous school, such as MAP or ISEE
Additional Documents
If applicable- Current 504 plan, IEP, or Learning Plan
- Letters of recommendation from other providers, such as learning specialists or tutors, are welcome but not required

Application Review
Once the application is complete and all required information has been received, the Admissions Committee will review your student's application.

Interview and Decision
The Director of Admissions will invite eligible applicants to schedule an interview.
