Summer Resources for Families

This page is designed as a practical resource for Wolcott families seeking job, internship, summer program, and volunteer opportunities for their students. It brings together a range of local and national organizations across fields such as arts, academics, leadership, and community service to help students explore interests, build skills, and gain real-world experience beyond the classroom.

Wolcott’s Summer Enrichment Program

This summer, keep the momentum going with Wolcott’s Summer Enrichment Program—a mix of skill-building and genuinely engaging courses taught by Wolcott faculty. Students can strengthen core academics (like Algebra Bridge, Analytical Writing, Spanish, and Summer Reading support) and also choose fun, hands-on electives like Animation, Acting/Improv, Dungeons & Dragons, Minecraft, Songwriting, and Team Sports. There are also targeted options like Bridge to High School for incoming 9th graders and a College Essay Workshop for older students who want a structured head start. Space is limited, so families should register soon.
