Wendy Perlin is an educational consultant and speech language pathologist with over 20 years of experience. Wendy consults with professionals, as well as, graduate, college, and high school students.  She develops thoughtful and effective communicators in the workplace, and in academic settings. Wendy guides individuals and groups through interviewing, networking, and crucial conversations with employers and peers.

As the Communications Specialist at Wolcott, Wendy works with student groups facilitating communication skills needed for college interviewing, internships and academic and professional interactions

Wendy is a frequent panelist, speaker and lecturer, most recently speaking at Northwestern University’s Social Emotional Learning conference. She has served as an editor and researcher on multiple editions of the K & W Guide to Colleges for Students with Learning Differences (Princeton Review). Wendy is an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University, a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and an Associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). Wendy Perlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a Master’s Degree in Speech from Northwestern University, and a Certificate with Distinction in College Counseling from UCLA.
