Golf
Wolcott College Prep is part of the Lakeshore Athletic league. Golf is a fall sport. The golf team practices regularly and participates in local and state matches. Wolcott is working together with Lycee Francais of Chicago during the season. The golf team is supported by a head coach.
- The Wolcott Coaching Staff is diverse and includes members of the Wolcott teaching staff as well as teachers from other schools in the area.
- In addition to student involvement, parents are highly invested in all sports and athletics events. Parental involvement includes high attendance at competitions, providing carpools and snacks, and coordinating the end-of-season banquets with the Athletic Director. Parents are encouraged to communicate with coaches regarding students’ attendance at practice and transportation after competitions.
- End of season banquets bring athletes and families together to celebrate their successes.
